For Mental Health Providers

Only state licensed therapists and licensure candidates who are in good standing with DORA are eligible for payment.  Victim Compensation is the payer of last resort, as such, all health insurance coverage, including Medicaid and Medicare, must be utilized before the victim compensation program can issue payment.  If you are out-of-network, you may submit a request to waive insurance to the Board.

If you have questions, please see the FAQ below or call 719-520-6000.
