Evidence View
The 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office coordinates the viewing of physical evidence with either the defendant or the defendant’s attorney. After a case has been referred to our office by a law enforcement agency and charges have been filed, our office will accommodate a request for an evidence view from the defendant or his or her attorney. Once a request is received, an evidence view will be scheduled.
The evidence view will take place at the District Attorney's Office on the third floor, unless the item must be retained at a law enforcement agency due to size or agency policy.
